Feature Request: NodeJS with FIPS OpenSSL enabled

Hi,

I'd like to make a feature request for a NodeJS package that is built with ./configure --openssl-fips so that it is FIPS compliant or built so that it can dynamically link to a system FIPS certified OpenSSL. Is this something that is feasible and is this the correct place to the feature request?
