These don't appear to be from the default Ubuntu repositories. How did you install those packages?

If you look at https:/
The .deb file that you try to install is for a different Ubuntu version!
Also the dependencies node-tar-pack and node-pre-gyp exist only for yakkety and later.
Possible options that I see:
1. Try installing also the dependent packages manually (the yakkety version)
2. Try using ppa:nicoaliotta

It seems that you are not fully aware of the package management system on Ubuntu.
If you try installing a package with "dpkg --install ...", you will run into an error message if the dependencies are not satisfied.
If you try installing with "apt-get install ...", then the package will try fulfilling the dependencies by installing the other packages automatically - as long as the package management system is able to locate those dependent packages in one of the defined sources.
The easier way for sure is with apt-get.
sudo apt-get install -f
will add missing packages if it can locate them.
What do you get for that command?

It is not recommended to mix packages from Debian and Ubuntu. The version numbers are not always fully in sync, and you may run into troubles.
It would be better if you could find such package somewhere in the Ubuntu repositories or PPAs.
There are some PPAs https:/
As far as I can see at least one ppa:ubuntu-

Why do you need to import that package into your PPA? it is in a standard Ubuntu repository.
