nis 3.17-34ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

nis (3.17-34ubuntu1) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
   - Upstart support:
     + Add debian/*.upstart and add them to debian/conffiles.
     + Build-depend on debhelper, let dh_installinit worry about the necessary
       maintscript code, and drop the corresponding manual maintscript code.
   - debian/rules: Use dh_builddeb instead of manual code.
   - debian/rules: Remove debian/nis.init copy during clean.
   - ypbind-mt-1.20.1/src/Makefile.am/in: Put libraries in ypbind_LDADD
     instead of AM_LDFLAGS to fix FTBFS with ld --as-needed. (LP: #771034)
  * Drop obsolete and no-op dh_installinit --upstart-only option.
    (LP: #1519228)

nis (3.17-34) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Make sure both characters in the salt are present before calling
    crypt() rather than just the first in yppasswd fixing operation
    with shadow passwords after a change in the behaviour of crypt()
    with invalid salts (closes: #721737).

nis (3.17-33) unstable; urgency=low

  * Use dh_autoreconf to update config.* using lightly modified patch
    from Dann Frazier (closes: #739059).
  * Add dependency on remote_fs to init script.
  * Policy 3.9.5 (no changes).
