Can Someone Fork/Takeover Nicotine-Plus?

Development picked up a few years ago by Michael Labouebe aka gfarmerfr but there has been nothing since then.

There are so many things that need fixing, even just the basics in the UI, getting it work properly in the layout, like this report that goes back 2 years;
