Outdated and known security bugs

At the moment the current available version for hardy is 0.10.3. and for karmic and lucid is 0.12.1-2.
The current stable version available at http://ngircd.barton.de/download.php.en is 0.15.

If I understood correctly, for hardy more current versions are only available if they contain security fixes.

There is a known security issue with the supplied version 0.10.3.

It is fixed in 0.10.4 and 0.11.

Would it be possible to supply current, security-fixed versions for hardy and possibly a current 0.15 for lucid?

As this is my first report, I hope to have supplied all needed information at the right place.
