According to https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=clang-tidy&mode=exactfilename&suite=jammy&arch=any clang-tidy-9 does not exist in Ubuntu 22.04, but there are clang-tidy-11, clang-tidy-12, clang-tidy-13 and clang-tidy-14 as replacement
