Unable to make this package work with base Mitaka/Newton release

Asked by Reedip

We installed base Mitaka Release for this package as this was taken in the middle of the Newton Release.
However, there were a lot of dependent packages to be installed [1], and after the packages were installed, we could not use the base Mitaka services for other purpose.
The same happened with Base Newton and the following package ( Newton was released After this package )

Problems encountered:
As Mitaka was behind this package and dependencies, therefore due to mismatch of package dependencies, Keystone and Neutron were not working.
Same issue noted with Newton release

I assume that the cause of your problem is mixing packages for Ubuntu and for Debian.

I have installed my setup using devstack.
If you want, I can provide the devstack information.

Can you help with this problem?
