usb modem 3g on ubuntu 9.10

i'am try to connect to internet using usb modem , huawei E1550 , but i faces a problem " disconnecting " can you help me ?

Do you mean you can connect and then get disconnected?
On my Huawei E220 sometimes I have to click connect/disconnect a couple of times before I could get online.

no i can't connect ! before it's connect .. i get " GSM is disconnected " .

Are you fully updated? sudo aptitude dist-upgrade

There seems to be related bugs in:

GNOME https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=591047
Ubuntu https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/udev/+bug/401655 (per this one try to get to udev 146-1 and see if it helps)
