k3565-z usb modem problem

every time i use this modem with my cam hooked up i loose my connection have tried using it in all usb ports and same thing happens i can log into network but with in secs of it connecting i loose my connection...yet when cam is not hooked in i have no issue

How many USB ports do you have on your system? Do you use a USB hub?

Some USB modems require quite a lot of power to work (for a USB plug to deliver). They sometimes come with "extension cables" which allow you to plug it in on two USB ports.

yes that seems to be problem like it drains power i got 2 hardwired usb ports and 5 usb ports on a card...and it happen in all the ports when i try diffreant ones....and a extension cable that will let me use to ports for one usb...never seen one where are they avialable
