share cricket modem a600 between two computers

In plain english tell me how to network or some way to connect my friends lap top and my desk top so that they both can use my Cricket broadband modem (A600). I have a wireless card in the lap top. Is that used? How? just KIS (Keep It Simple) please. I am running Windows XP Pro in the desk top and Windows 7. For the lap top I have a Linksys AE1000 High Performance Wireless-N USB Adapter. So what do I do to use the Cricket between the both computers?
