network-manager-openconnect package has released a new version:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/NetworkManager-openconnect/-/tags

Would it be released in ubuntu too?

Furthermore you have to be aware that Ubuntu is taking over packages from Debian, and as far as I can see, also Debian has only version 1.2.4.
Before Ubuntu upgrades network-manager-openconnect to version 1.2.6, Debin has to do that.
There is already a request in the Debian bug tracker
