The panels on ubuntu netbook 10.10 i downloaded are not properly working.

Every time I log in. The panels dont show up. I can click on the top left and go to the programs and turn off the computer. But the full view of the top, side and bottom bars are not showing how they should. What can I do to make it functional??

Launch a terminal and delete your panel's existing config.

rm -rf ~/.gconf/apps/panel

pkill gnome-panel

You'll lose any custom settings for panels/shortcuts that way.
