Can't make an app launcher

Binary package hint: netbook-launcher

There is no way to create a launcher.

Steps :
user download an application like josm (a .jar application) or bt747 etc.
user go to downloaded application
try a right click, searching for an option like "Add to Internet menu group" -> nothing
try a right click on ubuntu logo on top left -> nothing
try a right click on Internet dongle or near existing launcher -> nothing

We should offer a configuration tool to create entry menu

Go to system->preferences->Main Menu (the name of this application is 'alacarte' if you want to run it manually).
