No. I mean programmes like NetBeans or Adobe Dreamweaver.

kompozer is a possibility -- but a web designer really should be writing the code by hand; the output from these ides is always terrible

You mentioned NetBeans. NetBeans is available in Ubuntu, provided by the "netbeans" package. If you're going to use NetBeans on Ubuntu, you might want to look at this:
