black screen and frozen mouse after login ubuntu lts 20.04.6

my ubuntu works well, but after restart 'normal no think special ) i login oups : black screen and frozem mouse.
i try boot repair but no result still the same problem .
i use : ctl + alt + f4 and i create new user . i can login with new user but still same prb for my initial login.
can any one help me.
my pc dell vostro 15 3510 . graphic carte intel.

Hi,

it might be helpful to get more info. So after you restarted, everything crashed and you are switching to text mode with ctrl + alt + f4, please login and run

journalctrl -b 0

This will give you the log since boot.
