Nautilus open big folders very slow with left double click

Double click on folder full of sub folders ( photos mostly ) grey screen fade, and Nautilus working... Sometimes 30sec to open. Strange is, when I`m try to open same folder with right click + open from a list meni, Nautilus do this almost instantly?!
I don`t know whats wrong with left double click on folder, Assistive Technology is OFF ( some users have issues with this, but in may case this is not )
 In fresh installation of Ubuntu 9.10 X64 Nautilus is fast like bolt, after regulary instaled some apps, Same big folder is inert and slow with left+double click, and strange situation is righ click + open working good and faster...
Any Help?
