restore images in trash

I see my questioned answered but need it in simpler terms. (Im not a computer whiz.) What does the answer "look at your /home/user/.local/share/Trash/files directory" mean? What do I click to get to this /home/user area?

Just go to "Places -> Home directory". To access .local, you'll need to go to Edit -> Preferences -> View and tick "show hidden files".
