Cannot move file to trash from NTFS directories

Asked by Salvador

When I remove files in Nautilus from NTFS directories not in my home directory tree or FAT32 , I get the message "Cannot move file to trash, do you want to delete immediately?"

Is there a way to create a Trash directory in NTFS volumes?

I looked at Question #45603, asked on 2008-09-18 by Craig Hansen

but I can't understand the Solve.

that's because you cant link to different file-sys partions , all file-sys have this limitation
and thats what the trash bin usually does
did this help?

Here's a workaround at that kind of problem, try reading through this previously discussed thread from launchpad:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glib2.0/+bug/192629

Can you help with this problem?
