How do you restore "deleted forever" items from the trash?

Someone deleted something off of my computer, and then clicked the "delete forever" button. The files are no longer accessible and i need them back. what do i do to get them back? thank you.

Basically you cant, techically it is possible, but its not something you can do easily.

Its the equivalent of emptying the trash then asking for the files back.
