How to print multiple documents at once?

Asked by Alvin

How can you print multiple documents at once, preferably using Nautilus.

I'm trying to print a directory, containing a lot of msword files. Opening them with OpenOffice.org one by one and then printing works, but it is not an easy solution. I'd like to select the needed documents and then print those by right-clicking or dragging them to a printer.

It could be interesting to be able to do this for all kinds of documents of course.

Yuo must be connected to the net, open a Terminal from the menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal and type:

cd ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts
wget http://g-scripts.sourceforge.net/nautilus-scripts.tar.gz
tar zxvf nautilus-scripts.tar.gz
mautilus -q

Then select your docs with nautilus right click with mouse and try to use the
Scripts → Nautilus-scripts → File Processing → print_with_openoffice

Hope this helps
