Hi

Itunes is not a free software and does not any version compatible with linux. You should try using rythmbox which is ubuntu default multimedia player.

If you really want to run itunes you should try using "playonlinux" software. It helps to install some windows programs on linux and i know it is itunes compatible. Keep in mind that itunes is not linux compatible and it wont work 100%.

So first install playonlinux and then run the software to install itunes.

Hope it helps you.
