Gthumb browsing files instead of Nautilus

Asked by Bruce Crowther

When I click on an item in the "Places" menu on the panel, Gthumb is opening a browser window instead of Nautilus (seems to have begun after updates this afternoon)
My system is Intrepid Alpha 6 AMD64.
How can I stop this behaviour? I want Nautilus to browse my folders. If I need to browse for images with Gthumb, then I will launch the app and browse from within it.
Regards,
Bruce

Aha! Noticed similarity in question #46377 "Totem opens folders instead of Nautilus"
So I right clicked on my home folder and set it to open with /usr/bin/nautilus, now all is back to normal and I am a happy camper.
Cheers, beers and red wines,
Bruce.
