It's little bit complicated.

User information and settings are located in your home directory in hidden folders.
Binary files are listed in /bin, logs in /var/log and data in /usr

Hi,
since *nix systems have no .exe files
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LinuxFilesystemTreeOverview

you might try in a terminal:
$locate name_of_the_game
e.g.
$locate gtali

Can you help with this problem?
