upper bar accidently deleted

I deleted by mistake the upper bar on the main screen and i don't know how to get it back

There are two ways:

1. Open terminal (Applications→Accesories→Terminal) and use this two commands:
gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /apps/panel
pkill gnome-panel

2. Right click on lower panel→New panel→ right click on new panel→add to panel→ add all thinks (Menu, Window List, clock...)
