Cant't see files in external hard drive

Hello, I am new user to ubuntu, I can see my external hard drive when i plug it in, but the problem is that I can't see the information in it. The drive is not broken, cause it work perfect under windows. In addition when i connect another hard i dont have such problem.
Could you please help me?

please run:

1.unplug drive
2. tail -f /var/log//dmesg
3.plug drive
4.sudo fdisk -l

When you unplug the drive from Windows do you use the safe remove feature in the OS before unplugging it or do you just pull it out?

Have you ran a chkdsk on the partition in Windows to make sure that the data is consistent and correct?

What filesystem is the drive formatted to?

About when I am using in windows I never use safety remove I tried chkdsk toghter with safety remove but the situation is the same
