Can't open in a new window

Asked by GNAServicesInc

I just updated to 13.10. So the feature in nautilus to open in a new window, when you right click on a folder, seems to have vanished. Still works from the bookmark bar, just not in the main view anymore. (Is it just me or do useful features keep getting yanked out)

Anyways, it may or may not matter to some but for me it's a deal breaker for me. So this is not going to work. Is this a bug? Is their a way to restore this fundamental feature? Some setting somewhere or something? If not, how do you change the default file manager in unity to something better like an older version or Thunar? If not how do you remove unity and use something better / more feature complete?
