WHERE DO I FIND THE CONTROL PANEL OR ADD/REMOVE APPLICATION

I HAVE A FILE ON MY COMPUTER THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. IT IS CALLED SAFE SAVER AND ON THE INTERNET IT SAYS JUST GO TO YOUR CONTROL PANEL AND THE ADD/REMOVE BUTTON TO REMOVE THIS PROGRAM. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT IS ON UBUNTU. THANKS

If you want to install or add software then use software centre from Dash.

This site says Safe Saver is a virus or malware.

This should be a Windows problem. (go to your control panel) points to Windows. Need more information on how this problem came up. Also what version of Ubuntu do you have? What browser were you using when problem started?
