Trying to watch movie2k its asking to download flash player but it wont what to do.

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'

No need to download anything. All restricted packages are in one package in Ubuntu named : ubuntu-restricted-extras. Install this package and restart the browser.

    sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
