Hi, can you access a terminal through Ctrl-Alt-T?

Looks to me like the launcher isn't automatically started on start-up of the system - or if it crashes when trying to.
The Alt+Tab key combination is provided by the launcher so tha fact that it isn't working is half-to be expected.

Which launcher did you try to install.
And can you choose another launcher between typing in your user name and your password on the log-in-screen?

Can you help with this problem?
