how to introduce intersectBed as comand into ubunto 12.04 LTS

Asked by corinne iampietro

I have uploaded ubunto 12.04 as operative system. I need intersectBed as comand to create a file in which there are the only common elements between other two files. But i don't find interdectBed or mergedBed as possible comands to run in terminal. If i write "man intersectBed" the otutput is " there is not the manual about intersect". How can i do?
thanks

The OS is called Ubuntu, not Ubunto.
