How to change the default drag action

When I drag a file from one partition to the other it by default sets the action to be copy - but 99% of the time I'd rather use move. Is there a way to change this?

I don't think this is changeable. You can of course hold down shift as you drag files to force it to move, but this wont change the default behaviour.
