12.04 Window control buttons on left

Recently installed 12.04 on a desktop and a laptop from the live CD

Both installations have the Window control buttons on the left and I cannot figure out how to change their position to the right, as is on my Natty installation on another PC and preferable to me.

All suggestions/help very much appreciated

Too hard?

With Unity, having them on the left makes sense, as the Unity launcher is on the left too, you'll rarely use the right of your screen.
