How to open a link in a network.

I am trying to open the below link http://192.168.195.8:8080/view/DSTv%20Builds/job/dstvo_ci_dev/ which is internal network.
Can someone help me in resolving this. Iam new to ubuntu.

Hello,

First connect to local network. You can use ethernet cable or wireless to connect to local network. Then you can paste this link into browser's address bar.
