Is this Nautilus bug or what?

Steps:
1. Install MonoDevelop from Ubuntu Store
2. Open MonoDevelop
3. Click "Start New Solution"
4. Select "Console Project"
5. Enter any "Name"
6. Click on "Browse..." button
7. Press "Create New Folder"
8. Wait few seconds...
... why this happens?

I suggest you report a bug.

If you make the folder manually outside of the app is it ok?
