Hard drive only 50Gb of 160 visable

Please help I really need my ext hard drive back. Windows will not see any of the drive Ubuntu only see 50gb

This is the Ubuntu Linux site. Windoze isn't supported here.

Now about Ubuntu, go into terminal and type

 Sudo fdisk -l

that should be a lowercase s for sudo (freaking Mac os forcing caps)

Then post the output here.
