I want to set up tool bar on the left side of screen.

I want set up my tool bar Icons to appear on the left side of the screen so that I can find the saved download file which reads as file & folders.

Hello,

Right click on the top panel and create a New Panel. The first one is one the right the second on the left. You can delete panels as required.
