Cannot find "encrypt" entry, on 10.04, when I right-click on a folder/document

On a fresh 10.04 installation I cannot find the "encrypt" entry when I right-click on a folder/document.
I premise that I have a valid gpg key (I correctly see it with seahorse).
Moreover I use this key with evolution without problems.
Can someone help me about this?
