Accesing windows files

How can i access my old windows file (still on my computer running Linux along side windows 7) I need it to be at a medium difficulty level.

Just open the Nautilus file manager and check if your Windows drive shows up on the left.

Also, could you please define:
"I need it to be at a medium difficulty level."?

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; echo; sudo fdisk -l ; echo; mount

click on places select the hard disk partition of windows then double click it ...it should show now all the data on your windows partition
