i have installed ubuntu in e drine after installing i can' t browse file in d drive (i cant find d drive ) what can i do now

drive letters mean NOTHING in Linux. They are NTFS partitions. Can you give the output of:

sud fdisk -l;lsb_release -a

and we can get started.

in a terminal window find our what is mounted. Type in 'mount'. This will show the mounted drives. Does anything look familiar?
If so then you drive is probably mounted in the /media directory. Needs further information.

as actionparsnip said, ubuntu doesn't use drive letters.

click on places and look through the list. if you gave the d: drive a label, look for that label then click it to access the files on that drive. if you didn't give it a name/label, then look for the drive manufacturer's name (e.g. hitachi, samsung, western digital, etc)
