Try opening a terminal and typing

sudo nautilus

Use that window to access the files.

thanks for command ; it worked partially but inside HOME/myUSERfolder i only found 2 text files ;there is no documeds, downloads and other folders ; vanish.

'inside the first text `THIS DIRECTORY HAS BEEN UNMOUNTED TO PROTECT YOUR DATA.

From the graphical desktop, click on:
 "Access Your Private Data"

or

From the command line, run:
 ecryptfs-mount-private`

Why do you not have a backup?????

You can mount the partitions from the places menu then run:

gksudo nautilus

and you will have full access to all the files.

If you have used encrypted filesystem you have more to worry about and is why I personally advise people DON'T bother with the option at install time. You need to decrypt the files first

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EncryptedPrivateDirectory

Has a how to on accessing your data. If you had a backup then none of this would be necesary.
