how to delet movie player

Go to "Places" click on any of the five and movie player comes on, not what I clicked on. Want to delete the movie player. How do I do that?

You can solve this much simple way, right click a folder, Select Open With, Select Other Application, then select "File Browser" from list. After that your problem should solved. And also you can reinstall Rhythmbox.
