CD/DVD Creator hangs at (100% Done) while "Creating image checksum"

I've tried this twice.
CD/DVD Creator hangs at (100% Done) while "Creating image checksum"
That pretty much says it all.
The disk light is flashing, rapidly.
And, after about half an hour, the Estimated Remaining Time is up to 00:09:34 and is steadily increasing.
I was burning about 4.2 GB to a DVD at 4.0x.

Try a different burner. I guess you are using brasero. I have this too. Seems to do something after the burn, but nothing at the same time.

OK, I did not know that it was using Brasero.
I opened Brasero and the interface looked a bit different, but it seemed to behave much the same as before, except that it finished, this time, and the disk worked.
Of course, I did one other thing.
I removed some of the files to make sure that it wasn't failing because of running out of room.
It worked, so I'll be more careful about the disk space, in future.
