Cannot find file manager so that I can add folders or change emblems.

just installed Ubuntu 10 in dual boot with windows 7. Cannot find file manager so that I can add folders or change emblems. How do I do this?

Click the places menu and choose a folder, you can also press ALT+F2 and run:

nautilus
