Can't see thumbmarks

Asked by Erik Coene

During the browsing with Nautilus I can open my maps, but all my pictures are displayed the same way, with a kind of icon with a picture of a tree and rising sun, but not with my pictures (miniature).
It's very hard to search pictures like that and in the definitions of the folders I can only choose between :
- list
- icons

How or where can I change my Ubuntu 7.04 to see the miniature version of my documents or pictures ?

Best Regards,
Erik

Hello Erik,

open nautilus ->menu-item Edit ->properties ->Tab Preview ->and there you can change the menu item mini preview to always.

Hi Matthias,

perfect !!
now I can see all I need to see !!
In the meantime I found out that it were only the pictures on our server that I couldn't see in mini and the ones on my desktop worked fine, but with the change you suggested everything works fine now.

Thanks,
Erik
