Can't copy and paste a amsn skin into amsn skin folder

HI!
I can't copy and paste a amsn skin into amsn skin folder

I have downloaded a skin for amsn that i think was cool It was this:

aMSN Vista Futurosoft from this site http://www.amsn-project.net/skins.php

But then... I did not know how to install it so i did or... tried to do this:

To install a skin just download it, and extract the files for the .zip file (.zip, .tar.gz, or similar). Then copy the extracted skin folder to one of the following locations:
"c:\Program Files\Amsn\Skins"
"c:\Document and Settings\YOUR_USER_NAME\Amsn\Skins"

But it didn't work, why won't it work?
