How to share the translation?

In this package russian translation was outdated and I could see English text instead of Russian. I've downloaded the sources, found a .po file, fix it, compile to .mo, and put in into proper directory. Everything's fine.
Now how can I share my fixed translation? "Translations" tab here, on LP, is not available. Should I post a bug? Or write e-mail to developer?

This Sam_'s reply doesn't help on this issue, there is no "nice" web interface for tranlstion of this nautilus-open-terminal package (I can't find it)

@Pavel, i just saw this ru foder in locale, how did you submit translation?

@Aldin, I didn't. Just had satisfied Sam's "great" reply, cause no other reaction on this.
And also it was a million years ago.
