How can you find the Nanny Central Repository?

I've been looking for the Nanny Central Repository to use the parental control application in Ubuntu but I cannot find it.

This is not something that a new user can find easily huh?

You could post a bug, stating it should be easier to resolve. Hopefully people will find this when searching for a solution, then find the link you posted.
