How to remove background color in all drop down menus on Menu Bar

I changed the theme for Firefox windows from the default gray. When I removed the theme and went back to default gray, the drop down menu backgrounds remains a medium blue. How do I return to default gray for background color and get rid of the blue?

Apply a grey theme, or apply the default theme. Either should do it
