Haupauge HVR 1300 setup for channel scan

I am running Mythbuntu 9.1 Xfce-4 with Mythtv 0.22 and with Haupauge DVR 1300 capture card. I use V4L which recognises the card as.: 1. Haupauge WinTV-HVR1300 DVB-T/H [cx88_blackbird] and
               2. Haupauge WinTV-HVR1300 DVB-T/H [cx88_00]
a. Which one is the Analog part and which is the Digital receiver?

I can't get the backend-setup to do channel scanning, it's not possible to press the "scan button" . I have tried many different ways and maybe I have done some damage, but I found on the Bug-thread no. Bug #452779 that there are some people having similar problems. I am doing this for the 1'rst time and maybe there are some basics which I am doing wrong? I tried to manually put in 3 different freq. in Channel Editor without luck. Below is printout from Mythbackend.log and I can see that there is "no VideoStartuoDir set" whatever that means.

Can someone get me started please?
