Version clarification

Hi,

MySQL server 5.1 in Jaunty has it's version described as '5.1.30really5.0.75-0ubuntu5' What exactly does this version description mean?

We have a performance issue that we believe is due to the auto_increment locking that was addressed in version 5.1.22. Does the 5.1.30really5.0.75-0ubuntu5 version that is in Jaunty include the improvements made in 5.1.22 including the addressed auto_increment locking issue?
